The National Science Centre grants for the Nencki Institute

The Nencki Institute is implementing 6 grants qualified by the National Science Centre for financing under the OPUS 27 and PRELUDIUM 23 competitions. The scientists obtained financing as leaders and co-executors of the implemented projects:

 

OPUS 27

- dr hab. Dorota Dymkowska (PW -Lider, Instytut Nenckiego -  współwykonawca) - Development and optimization of a vasculature-on-a-chip approach to investigate endothelial cell response to proinflammatory agents
- dr hab. Bogusz Kulawiak (Instytut Nenckiego – lider, SGGW – współwykonawca) - Mitochondrial potassium channels as sensors and regulators of redox signaling
- dr hab. Bogusz Kulawiak (SGGW – Lider, Instytut Nenckiego -  współwykonawca) - Exploring the impact of nanoplastics on cellular injury: investigating the role of mitochondrial potassium channels
- dr hab. Bartosz Wojtaś (Instytut Nenckiego – Lider, UW - współwykonawca) - Targeting REST and KAISO: A Promising Approach for Glioblastoma Treatment
- dr hab. Bartosz Wojtaś (KUL – Lider, Instytut Nenckiego -  współwykonawca) - Cellular and molecular basis of antifungal activity of metallacarboranes against Candida albicans
