International cooperation

The Nencki Institute’s international cooperation is carried out under bilateral agreements between the Institute and foreign players, in international research and education projects with institutions, universities and companies in other countries and through participation in international programmes. The organization of international scientific symposia, events and meetings is part of Nencki’s tradition, which contributes to the exchange of experience and contacts between experts, the development of new partnerships and the definition of new platforms for future cooperation.

Bio4Med

The Bio4Med Doctoral School trains future scientists in two disciplines: biology and medicine. The Bio4Med programme is focused on translational research, bridging fundamental knowledge with clinical applications, which addresses the growing needs of science.

The international character of the School will provide doctoral students with access to an extensive network of scientific collaboration and the opportunity to conduct ambitious research projects.

Erasmus+

The Nencki Instutute participates in Erasmus+. It is a European Union’s (EU) exchange program encouraging student and staff mobility for study and work and promoting trans-national cooperation projects among universities across Europe.
