Scholarship under the NAWA PRELUDIUM BIS 3 Program for Weronika Ficerman-Kuta

Weronika Ficerman-Kuta, M.Sc., from the Laboratory of Molecular Basis of Cell Motility, Nencki Institute, received a scholarship under the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) Preludium Bis 3 Program for an internship at the Department of Physiology of the Faculty of Science at Charles University in Prague. During her 3-month stay in Prague she will investigate a role of unconventional myosin VI in development of cardiomyopathy with the use of different animal models.
