On behalf of the Scientific Council of the Nencki Institute, we would like to kindly invite you for a public PhD defence of MSc Daria Rotko “New insights into the modulation of the mitochondrial large-conductance calcium-activated potassium channel: interaction with cytochrome c oxidase and carbon monoxide” under the supervision of Prof. Adam Szewczyk, co-supervisor Prof. Wolfram Kunz and auxiliary supervisor Bogusz Kulawiak, PhD.

The thesis has been reviewed by Prof. Hanna Jańska from the Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Wrocław and dr hab. Nina Antos-Krzemińska, professor from Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

The defense will take place at the Nencki Institute on October 6, 2022 at 12 pm at Jerzy Konorski conference hall on the 2nd floor in the main building.
