On April 29th - May 5th, 2019 in Przeworsk, took place the Symposium and Workshops of 3rd Art & Science "Power of Biological Structures" organized by the Art Department and Institute of Philosophy of the University of Rzeszów, the Nencki Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Marcel Nencki Foundation for the Support of Biological Sciences.

The Przeworsk project is a continuation of Art & Science meetings: "Biological imaging: inspirations invisible world" (2017, Research Station of the Nencki Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Mikołajki) and "Biodiversity Art" (2018, Boska Dolina near Rzeszów).

During the Symposium there was a ceremony of handing the medals of the 100th anniversary of the Nencki Institute, granted by prof. Agnieszka Dobrzyń - Director of the Nencki Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences, for dr Magdalena Uchman and prof. Marek Olszyński deputy deans of the Art Department of the University of Rzeszów.
