On March 28th 2018 at the Nencki Institute, Prof. Agnieszka Dobrzyn and prof. Salem Chouaib (representing THUMBAY Institute for Precision Medicine, the Gulf Medical University- GMU, Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates), have signed a memorandum of understanding. The two Institutions have agreed to undertake joint efforts in promoting and developing cooperation in the field of Biomedical research, innovation and education. The collaboration between Nencki Institute and GMU will be in the following areas: exchange of information on scientific activities, as well as joint publications on the results of such activities; exchange of experts, research scientists and students; organization of joint workshops, conferences, and other events. Prof. Bożena Kaminska has been assigned as a coordinator of the cooperation between Nencki institute and GMU.
