The Center for Neurobiology of the Nencki Institute is a complex of open environmental laboratories whose functioning is based on the world-leading model of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory EMBL.  The laboratories operating within the Center of Neurobiology, equipped with the modern research equipment, offer expertise and services in the field of behavioural research, pre-clinical research, bioinformatics, cytometry, light and electron microscopy, animal models, molecular biology and brain imaging. By integrating research and implementation activities, they contribute to technology transfer, the aim of which is to introduce biomedical achievements into medical practice.
