Description:
A high resolution transmission electron microscope operated from a Windows XP platform. It is a 120 KV class microscope with magnification of 50X - 2,000,000X and resolution of 0.20nm (description from internet information).

X-ray microanalysis attachment (EDS INCA Energy TEM, Oxford Instruments, UK); tomography system; 11 Megapixel TEM Morada G2 camera (EMSIS GmbH, Germany).
