Project title:
ANIMOD. Integrated platform for generation and analysis of animal models for biomedical applications
Scope of tasks:
The project goal is to develop research ANIMOD integrated platform for generation and analysis of animal models for biomedical applications consisting of three pillars: generation of animal models by genetic modification, evaluation of effectiveness of anti-cancer drug treatment and assessing the importance of microbiome.

Master student will be engaged in will be engaged in behavioral phenotyping of mice and rats models for research and applied science.

Master student will be engaged in establishing the platform for studies of the role of microbiome in cognitive functions.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Participation in behavioral experiments
2. Data analysis
