Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) experiment preparation and sequencing, including sample preparation, library preparation with subsequent quantification and quality control. WGS is usually done to achieve 30x coverage of the human (other species possible) genome, but custom settings are also available. WGS experiment may be accompanied by bioinformatic analysis that is available in the Laboratory. Whole exome sequencing (WES) or genetic panels NGS sequencing are available upon request.
