From April 29th to May 23rd 2021, the first exhibition of the 4th Art & Science project 2020/2021 "The Art of the Origin of Life" takes place in the BWA Gallery, Rzeszów.

The organizers of the project, besides the Nencki Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the University of Rzeszów, are the Marceli Nencki Foundation for Supporting Biological Sciences and the Nencki Art Collection. The project partner is the Polish Biochemical Society.

Recently, a book describing the artists participating in the project was published, as well as the on-line scientific symposium that inaugurated the project in November 2020. The exhibition is accompanied by the presentation of works selected by students / graduates of the University of Rzeszów.

Three films presenting the artists of the 4th Art & Science project  "The Art of the Origin of Life" have been published on the YouTube platform.
