The National Science Centre grants for the Nencki Institute
The National Science Centre has announced the ranking lists of projects approved for funding in the OPUS 22 call. Scientists from the Nencki Institute received financial support for 4 research projects:
prof. dr hab. Katarzyna Łukasiuk - Glymphatic system in epilepsy pathogenesis.
dr Aleksandra Barbara Pękowska - Interlaminar astrocytes in primates – from molecular signature to functions in-vivo.
prof. dr hab. Joanna Bogumiła Szczepanowska - Adaptation of mitochondrial functions to stress caused by plastic dust/pollution; action of mitochondrial retrograde signaling in human lung cells - cancer and healthy.
dr Marek Piotr Wypych - Treating procrastination - effectiveness and neurobehavioral mechanisms of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Working Time Restriction.
