On 4 September 2026 at 11:00 am at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, 3 Pasteur Street (Jerzy Konorski Lecture Hall, 2nd floor) a public defence of the doctoral thesis for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the discipline of biological sciences by Laura Turos-Korgul, MSc, entitled:  "Intercellular transfer of CD44 from bone marrow stroma to chronic myeloid leukemia cells as a driver of niche-mediated imatinib resistance" will take place in person.
