Chrom_rare consortium symposium

We kindly invite you for a special event- Chrom_rare consortium symposium, taking place on September 10th at the Nencki Institute.

We'll start with a symposium of the members of the chrom_rare consortium, which is a Maria Skłodowska Curie Actions network focusing on rare disorders caused by mutations in chromatin modifiers.

We have an excellent lineup of speakers who will discuss methods and new insights into how modifications in chromatin-related proteins impact normal cell functions.

The symposium will be followed by a special talk by Bernd Pulverer, head of scientific publications at EMBO Press. Bernd will outline a new approach to scientific publishing that EMBO Press has implemented recently. He will also talk about the increasing impact of AI on the publishing process.  A get-together session, which will follow Bernd’s talk, will allow networking.

The event is free to attend.

More information on the poster.

This unique event is sponsored by the European Molecular Biology Laboratory and Nencki Research Alliance for Life Science Discoveries (EMERALD) Program.
