Requirements:
- Master's degree in Bioinformatics domain,
- Knowledge of basic genome analysis tools,
- Knowledge of basic high-throughput sequencing data analysis tools,
- Knowledge of DNA sequence analysis tools,
- Knowledge of single cell transcriptome sequencing analysis tools,
- Knowledge of proteomic analysis tools is appreciated.
Project / work description:
We offer a vibrant, highly collaborative, and stimulating environment for scientific growth. Our well-funded laboratory (see our Lab Website) employs "omics" technologies to understand the bases of astrocyte cell identity. We are currently funded by numerous grants including the prestigious Dioscuri grant, three additional NCN grants, EMBO Installation grant and Maria Skłodowska Curie Network grant chrom_rare.
Scope of tasks:
Person holding this position will perform the following bioinformatics analyses: genome, high-throughput sequencing data, DNA sequence, single cell transcriptome.
Employment conditions:
- Type of contract: full-time,
- Duration of contract: minimum 24 months,
- Monthly salary ranging from PLN 7 000 to PLN 8 500 gross,
- Commencement of employment: May 2026 (can be negotiable),
- Additional benefits: health insurance, sports card, social fund.
