The present invention relates to isolithocholic acid derivatives and use thereof for prevention or treatment of inflammatory diseases of the respiratory system. The composition exerts its effects through targeted modulation of key inflammatory signaling pathways. Specifically, it downregulates the expression and release of multiple pro-inflammatory chemokines and cytokines, including CXCL1, CCL2, CCL5, CXCL10, and IL-6—central mediators implicated in acute and chronic pulmonary inflammation.
