The subject of the patent application is a pharmaceutical composition that contains an IM peptide at a concentration of 0.1 - 50 µg/ml and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle and/or diluent. Also the subject of the patent application is a set for stimulating regeneration of complex tissue or wound healing that contains the above composition. Further, the subject of the patent application also relates to the use of an IM peptide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to produce a composition for stimulating regeneration of complex tissue or healing wounds caused by mechanical and/or chemical and/or thermal and/or radiation damage and/or surgery and/or other pathological conditions.
