A 2.5-year postdoc position to study epigenetic dysregulation  in human brain tumors in a frame of NCN SYMPHONIA3 project. Candidates are invited to join a research team focusing  on the molecular mechanisms of epigenetic dysfunctions in brain tumors, the role of epigenetics in glioma pathogenesis. We are seeking a motivated postdoc with a well-documented experience in computational analysis of whole genome epigenetic (DNAseq, chIP-seq) data. Quantities required: R-a language, ability to work with unix, experience in python/perl and public repositories such as TCGA.
