Requirements:
- PhD degree,
- Experimental work in the fields of Microglia and knowledge in the field of Neurodegeneration,
- Experience in working with human microglial cell lines and human iPSC-derived microglia,
- Competences: One scholarly publication (original paper or review) on the role of microglia in neurodegenerative disorders,
- Doctoral degree obtained not earlier than 7 years before the year of employment in the project. The period of 7 years may be extended by the duration specified in the NCN regulations,
- good command of written and spoken English.
Scope of tasks:
- Leading the project involving manipulation of microglial metabolism to enhance the phagoyctos of beta-amyloid in Alzheimer disease.
Employment conditions:
- 10 000 PLN salary (gross gross) per month,
- Full-time contract,
- Employment for a period of 9 months,
- Employment commencement from January, 2024.
