Laboratory of Cytoskeleton and Cilia Biology is currently recruiting a Postdoctoral Fellow to undertake a project focused on proteins involved in the regulation of cilia assembly and function.

Profile of candidates:

  1. PhD degree (or equivalent) in molecular biology, biochemistry or biology
  2. outstanding publication record,
  3. experience in methods of molecular biology, confocal microscopy, mammalian cell culture
  4. be proficient in English
  5. ability to work as a team member
  6. be highly motivated (demonstrated via references of the candidate's thesis tutor, previous post-doctoral positions different from the PhD awarding institutions),

  3. 3 letters of reference sent directly to the address indicated below,
  4. Copy of the PhD diploma (or equivalent)
  5. The candidates may include additional information or copies of documents/certificates in support of the application.

 The successful candidate will be asked to visit the laboratory for 3-4 days before signing the agreement to demonstrate their practical skills. Initially the position is available for 1-2 years and but can be extended.
