Women in Science Workshop
Dear Colleagues,
Women for Science would like to invite you to a workshop and a panel discussion about unconscious bias during the recruitment process and grant application based on the training prepared by the European Research Council's Working Group on Gender Issues.
During the workshop, we will discuss how to recognize and avoid, such biases as the Halo effect, motherhood penalty, affinity bias, and more.
Our guest will be Prof. Agnieszka Dobrzyń, who is the chair of the Life Sciences panel in the ERC Starting Grant peer review process.
