Abstract

What is a patent? Do I need one? (or more) What do I get with a patent?  How are patents obtained?  How long does it last? Nencki TTO will try to reveal all the secrets and traps, ups and downs, pros and cons of the patenting processes - their types and differences between (inter)national systems. We will show the scheme of patenting to help you be prepared for budgeting the patent applications in your grants and projects as well as be aware of all the things patent procedures will require from you”
