The Commemorative Medal for the 100th anniversary of the Nencki Institute PAS for prof. Andrzej Legocki
On November 22nd, 2017, during the sitting of the Scientific Council meeting of The Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry PAS in Poznan, a ceremony took place, during which the Director of the Nencki Institute, prof. Adam Szewczyk awarded a Medal for the 100th anniversary of the Nencki Institute to prof. Andrzej Legocki as a thank you for his special contributions to the development of the Institute. In the 1990s professor Andrzej Legocki together with prof. Maciej Nalecz from the Nencki Institute created the UNESCO/Polish Scientific Network of Molecular and Cell Biology.
