On August 22nd, 2015 the Marceli Nencki Foundation for Support the Biological Sciences and the Nencki Institute organized the holiday workshops  "Summer in the biologist laboratory". The Nencki Institute researchers and graduate students invited children and young people to participate in the adventure of life sciences:

• a three-dimensional model of the construction of the brain,

• observations under the microscope.

• presentations of nature films,

• how optical illusions are created,

• do it by yourself "magic potion"

• how the behavior of ants are studied

• how the behavior and learning of mice are studied,

• art competition.

The workshops attracted a lot of interest and the guests who visited us suggested we organize more meetings of a similar nature.
