The National Science Centre grants for the Nencki Institute

The National Science Centre has announced the ranking lists of projects qualified for funding in the  SHENG 4, OPUS 29 and PRELUDIUM 24 calls. Scientists from the Nencki Institute received financial support for 7 research projects:

dr hab. Piotr Majka - Elucidating the principles of primate thalamocortical circuitry (Chinese Principal Investigator - Dr. Cirong Liu, Institute of Neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences)

 

OPUS 29

dr hab. Joanna Urban-Ciećko, Profesor Instytutu - Morphological, functional and behavioral effects of early-life immune system activation

prof. dr hab. Jakub Włodarczyk - On the trail of Vulnerability and Resilience: miRNA regulated Synaptic Protein Palmitoylation as the Basis of Stress Response Mechanism

dr Paweł Mikulski - Discovering the regulators of interferon-induced transcriptional memory through targeted approaches and unbiased epigenome screens

dr hab. Bartosz Wojtaś, Profesor Instytutu (Leader: Institute of Fundamental Technological Research Polish Academy of Scinces, principal investigator - prof. dr hab. inż. Paweł Paszek) - Regulation of cellular heterogeneity as an antibacterial control mechanism of infection
