The Luxendo InVi SPIM Lattice is an advanced lattice light‑sheet microscope designed for three‑dimensional imaging of live samples with extremely low phototoxicity, making it ideal for long‑term observations of cells, organoids, and organisms. The system uses a spatial light modulator to generate different types of beams — including Gaussian, Bessel, and lattice — allowing users to balance resolution, field of view, and imaging speed according to the needs of a specific experiment. An additional photomanipulation module with a dedicated laser enables localized photoactivation during imaging within the same optical setup.
