16-17 April 2015 at the Nencki Institute took place Nodes Workshop of the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility (INCF; http://www.incf.org), of which Poland is a member. The goal of INCF is support of the global development of neuroinformatics, or development of theoretical and computational support for neurosciences. This was 12th Nodes Workshop, first time organized in Poland and first time open for general public. The workshop gathered around 90 people from 15 countries, including Japan, India, Malesia, Mexico, and many European countries. Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education was a patron of the workshops and Deputy Minister for Science, Prof. Włodzisław Duch, opened the workshop.
