RNA sequencing (RNAseq) experiment with either polyA+ enrichment of protein coding genes or depletion of ribosomal RNA. We also have experience in low input, miRNA sequencing or common long and short RNA sequencing. RNAseq experiment may be followed up by bioinformatics analysis available in the Laboratory.
