START Stipends Programme for young researchers
The eighteenth edition of the START stipends programme has just finished. 995 young researchers submitted their applications to the programme. The Foundation for Polish Science awarded 159 researchers. Two from the laureates come form the Nencki Institute:
- Ksenia Meyza, PhD from prof. S. Kasicki’s Laboratory, awarded for the first time
- Katarzyna Jednoróg, MsA from prof. A. Grabowska’s Laboratory, awarded for the second time. The honoured were awarded the diplomas during a ceremony at the Royal Castle in Warsaw on April 24, 2010.
