EMBC (http://embc.embo.org/) is intergovernemental organization including 27 member states and financing as well supervising activities of the European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO, http://www.embo.org/). Prof. Kaczmarek is member of EMBO since 2000. 2004-2008 was serving at the EMBO Fellowship Committee, and presently (2010-2012) is a member of the EMBO Council.
