The goal of this annual educational event is to promote knowledge about the functioning of the brain and the nervous system; it has been organized for 13 years by Polish Neuroscience Society and the Dana Foundation, and supported by the Nencki Institute and its Graduate Student Council, and the POLITYKA weekly magazine. Open lectures addressed to all the brain enthusiasts are delivered by recognized specialists in neurobiology, psychiatry and neuropsychology at the POLITYKA headquarters, Slupecka Street No 6, Entrance B at 5 pm. This year the Graduate Student Council will also run the first edition of weekend workshops aimed at high-school and undergraduate students.
